'The brief for this house was to design a two bedroom home on the very confined site of a derelict chalet in the Pembrokeshire National Park. The house was to look as much as possible like a chalet while providing the neccessary accommodation for permanent living. Our solution was to dig into the bank to provide a mostly concealed lower storey below the visible 'chalet'.
