'Pavilion' set on painted rendered block plinth. Timber framed and clad externally with horizontal Western Red Cedar feather edged boarding, stained grey. Roof clad in dark green Onduline, with glazed area over verandah and first floor landing. Dark stained cedar sliding sash windows.
